FIFA 20 players have all the reasons to stay indoors now that the FUT Birthday event is underway. This is a special occasion that marks 11 years of Ultimate Team. The event comes with a new collection of player items, objectives, more daily activities, squad building challenges, and themed flashbacks. Ultimate Team is a FIFA 20 mode that is all about football players so it's only natural that new footballers are among the biggest event features.
Two new batches of players will be up for grabs while the event is active. Players that are part of the Birthday collection have boosted OVR and boosted skills. The latter is a new type of boost.
All players who are in this special collection will be upgraded to five stars for skill moves or weak foot rating. Players with five stars in skill moves can do all the Ultimate Team skills. This makes them unstoppable on the field so you will want these players in your team. Players that get five stars for weak foot rating have equal shooting and passing attributes on both legs. This means that you will be in possession of some awesome players that are capable of various play styles. This is your chance to experiment with the new players.
Birthday players also have boosted OVR. They are truly some of the best footballers available in the game at this moment. 
Since Ultimate Team became part of the game, many footballers impressed us with their skills and they were immortalized in this popular game mode. Now's the time to remember them with FUT Favorite squad building challenges featuring Flashback items. 
The more you play during the event, the more rewards you get. Log in every day for event-themed birthday objectives. When you complete them, you get access to the Daily Completionist group that grants you more rewards. If you are taking part in the FUT Champions Week League, you will be glad to know that you will get a bonus for more player picks.
Also, don't forget about the FIFA 20 events that are taking place outside the game. The current football season and the Global Series championship are on hold but there are plenty of other events.
